1:1 coaching
Baseline Health & Performance
Paid 1:1 coaching in training, nutrition and life, for men in the corporate world whose job takes the hours their health used to get. It measures where you stand, interprets what matters, and refers you to a doctor for anything medical.
It is coaching and education, not medical care. It gives no dose advice, recommends no compounds, and sells no products.
What it covers
Training
Strength and conditioning programs that fit a working week.
Nutrition
Practical coaching on protein, meal structure and eating when the calendar is full.
General coaching for healthy adults, not medical nutrition therapy.
Life coaching
Habits, stress, sleep, focus and boundaries, and how health fits around the job.
Coaching, not therapy.
Our experiences
What the coaches tried themselves, what worked and what did not.
Personal accounts, not recommendations.
What it costs
The Baseline Audit
$300 one time
Where you stand now, one call, and a written plan. Every client starts here.
Baseline Ongoing
$400 a month, after the Audit
Continued coaching across all four areas, with someone keeping score while the plan meets a real calendar.
Prices are set on its own site, which is the place to check them. Coaching is separate from forum membership: membership pays for the forum, and buying coaching changes nothing about your account here.
What the shared ownership can never do
Owning both is a conflict of interest, so the coaching service is held to the same firewall as a paying sponsor, and in places a stricter one. It is not a sponsor and pays nothing for any mention here.
It can never
- Affect a guide's evidence level, its studies, or the limitations written under each one
- Affect ranking or moderation, of anyone, including people who criticize it
- Appear inside the reading column of a guide or a post
- Appear next to dosing content
Stricter than a sponsor
- A sponsor may sit at the foot of a guide. The coaching service never appears on a guide, a thread, a study summary or a dosing page at all.
- A sponsor rail can hold several brands in an order. The coaching service never appears in anything ranked or sorted.
- Anyone who coaches for it discloses that when they post here, under R7, like any other commercial interest.
The full firewall is on how sponsorship works here and in our commitments. If it ever looks like the coaching service got editorial treatment, say so in the forum. That thread stays up.
Everything about the service itself, including how it works and how to start, is on its own site.
